Reclaim What Is Yours

Reclaim Your
Sovereignty

Your sovereignty is not given to you by government — it is your birthright as a living being. The legal fiction system only has power over you because you identify with it. Once you understand the difference between the living man or woman and the legal fiction, you can begin to step outside the system.

Understanding the Foundation

Before You Can Reclaim — You Must Understand

Two Legal Realms

There are two parallel legal systems operating simultaneously. Admiralty/Maritime Law (also called Civil Law, Statutory Law, or the Law of the Sea) governs legal fictions — corporations, governments, and the STRAWMAN created by your birth certificate. This is the system most people operate under without knowing it.

Common Law (also called Natural Law or the Law of the Land) governs living men and women. It has just two basic principles: do not harm another person, and do not damage another person's property. Under Common Law, you have full sovereignty and inalienable rights that no government can lawfully remove.

The key to reclaiming your sovereignty is understanding which jurisdiction you are in — and knowing how to assert your status as a living man or woman operating under Common Law, not as a legal fiction operating under Maritime/Admiralty Law.

The Consent Mechanism

The entire legal fiction system operates on consent. Every time you accept a government-issued ID with your ALL-CAPS name, every time you sign a document as "JOHN HENRY SMITH," every time you appear in court and answer to your legal fiction name without reservation — you are consenting to be governed as a legal fiction.

This consent is what gives the system its power. Without your consent — express or implied — the state has no legitimate jurisdiction over the living man or woman. The system is designed so that most people consent unknowingly, simply because they do not know they have a choice.

Reclaiming sovereignty begins with withdrawing that consent — deliberately, consciously, and with full knowledge of what you are doing. This is not about rejecting society or refusing all law — it is about knowing which laws apply to you as a living being.

Steps to Understanding

A Framework for Reclaiming Your Status

1

Know the Difference Between You and Your Legal Fiction

The first and most essential step is understanding that you are not your ALL-CAPS name. JOHN HENRY SMITH is a legal fiction — a corporate entity created by the government. John Henry Smith is a living man or woman. Courts, banks, and governments deal with the legal fiction. The living being has a completely different legal status.

Study how your name appears on government documents. Notice that official documents — birth certificates, court summons, driver's licenses, utility bills — use ALL CAPITALS. This is not a formatting choice. It is a signal that the document is addressed to the legal fiction, not to you.

2

Understand Common Law — The Law That Governs Living Beings

Common Law is not statute law — it does not come from parliaments or congresses. It is the ancient law of the land, derived from natural law and common usage. Under Common Law, you have rights that no legislation can remove — because they are inherent to your existence as a living being.

Common Law courts operate on a fundamentally different basis: there must be a real injured party, real harm, and a real claim. Abstract "offenses against the state" do not exist in Common Law — only actual harm to real people or their property. This is why understanding which jurisdiction you are in is critical in any legal matter.

3

Understand How Consent Works — And How to Withdraw It

Every interaction with government where you accept a legal fiction identity is an act of consent. This includes: signing documents with your ALL-CAPS name without reservation, accepting jurisdiction of courts by appearing without objecting, receiving benefits tied to your social security number or national ID.

Withdrawing consent is a process — not a single act. It involves learning to respond to legal situations with proper reservations and qualifications, asserting your status as a living man or woman rather than a legal fiction, and understanding the difference between accepting jurisdiction and appearing specially (without accepting jurisdiction).

Study Common Law — Know Your Inherent Rights

You cannot claim rights you do not know you have. The cornerstone rights of a living being under Common Law include: the right to travel freely (not merely a licensed "driver"), the right to own property absolutely, the right to trade and exchange value, the right to contract or refuse to contract, the right to your own body and labor, and the right to due process before any of these are interfered with.

These rights are not granted by government — they pre-exist government. The Magna Carta (1215), the English Bill of Rights (1689), and the American Declaration of Independence all acknowledge rights that were not created by those documents but merely recognized by them.

Reclaim Spiritual Sovereignty — The Deepest Level

The Vatican's claim (through Unam Sanctam and the Cestui Que Vie system) is ultimately a spiritual claim. Your soul, according to these documents, belongs to the Pope. But this claim only has power if you are spiritually unaware of your true nature as a sovereign living soul.

Spiritual sovereignty means understanding your relationship with the divine directly — not mediated by an institution. It means recognizing that no earthly authority has legitimate jurisdiction over your eternal soul. Santos Bonacci teaches that the reconnection to your true spiritual nature — understanding yourself as a living soul, not a corporate fiction — is the ultimate act of reclamation.

⚠ Important Warning: This Is a Journey of Education, Not a Magic Solution

Many people have tried to use these concepts in courts and legal situations without fully understanding them — and have suffered serious consequences. The legal system is complex, deeply entrenched, and does not take kindly to those who challenge it without thorough preparation.

The purpose of this site is to educate — to help you understand the system you live under, its historical origins, and the theoretical framework for stepping outside it. But understanding is just the beginning. Before taking any action in a legal or financial context based on these ideas, please: consult with a qualified legal professional, study the primary sources deeply, connect with experienced Common Law researchers and communities, and proceed carefully and deliberately.

What Common Law Protects

🚶

Right to Travel

The right to travel freely on public roads is an inherent right of all living beings — not a privilege granted by a driver's license. The license system converted a right into a privilege requiring state permission.

🏡

Right to Property

A living man or woman has the absolute right to own property. "Fee simple" land titles, mortgages, and property taxes are mechanisms of the legal fiction system — not Common Law property ownership.

💼

Right to Trade

The right to exchange labor and goods for value is fundamental. Business licenses, permits, and regulations apply to legal fiction entities — not necessarily to living beings operating in private capacity.

⚖️

Right to Due Process

Under Common Law, no punishment can be administered without a real injured party, a real claim, and a fair hearing. Administrative fines, penalties, and statutory "offenses" bypass this requirement.

🗣️

Right to Speak

Freedom of speech and expression is not granted by constitutions — it is an inherent right of living beings. Constitutions merely attempt to protect what already exists naturally.

✨

Spiritual Sovereignty

Your soul belongs to the divine — not to the Pope, not to the state, not to any earthly institution. This is the deepest and most fundamental right: sovereignty over your own spiritual being.
